Technology Assessment - Our technology assessment services begin with a thorough review of departmental, and business goals pertaining to technology needs. Based upon our findings we prepare a report summarizing technology objectives of the organization. During the technology evaluation phase we inspect your existing voice and data equipment, the network configuration, and the voice and data connectivity services being provided by long distance and Internet carriers.

Through our studies, we determine to what degree the existing system can meet out customer's goals and where new or upgraded equipment would better serve the company and the company's customers. We also analyze your service contracts with hardware and connectivity vendors to look for ways to rearrange contracts and services to cut monthly expenses.

Building upon the results of our assessment studies, we design a multi-vendor equipment solution covering both data and voice telecommunication needs. Our plan includes a detailed equipment list and scope of work which can be used to obtain equipment bids and select installation vendors. During implementation, our computer consultants work closely with a customer's staff and its chosen vendors to insure a smooth transition to the new system.
